Draws take place daily from the 5th of each month until (and including) the last day of the month, each and every month of the year. That means you are entered in to over 300 draws per year!

The Draws are made at 6pm UK time.

You do this by selecting a character, colour, pet, number and two initials.

You can create a new account at the end of the order process or on the following page. You can view all of your orders and subscriptions in your customer account. You can also change your addresses and your password.

If you're a winner we will be in touch - firstly my email and by phone if you won the jackpot prize!

If you have one a smaller prize it'll be automatically paid into your bank account, if it's the big one we will be along with our big cheque!

We know circumstances can change and if you ever need to cancel its really simple, just login to your account, choose the Hero you wish to cancel and press "Cancel" - you'll get an email confirming.

50% of every ticket you sell goes to your charity. 

At the end of each month we reconcile all tickets sold and transfer your share to you. You will receive an email each payment.

Exclusive monthly prizes are paid directly to the winner into the bank account that is connected to their payment card. If we are unable to pay into the account for any reason we will email winner and advise the steps they need to take to allow us to pay.

If you scoop the Daily Jackpot will be get in touch directly with the winner to pay you.

You cannot sell more than £20,000 of tickets in a single lottery, or £250,000 in any one year
